When planning your stay at Arbor House Country Inn, be sure to read our policies before booking your reservation. If you are interested in our lodging for your group trip or family vacation, please feel free to contact us with any questions at 660.684.6760.

Inn Hours

• The inn is open Monday through Saturday but is closed on Sundays.
• The owner lives at the inn and is always available by phone anytime day or night.
• Your private room is accessible 24/7.

Check-In

Monday - Saturday

• 3:00 pm
• Please call in advance if you would like an early check-in. Early check-in availability depends on whether a guest was in the room the night before.

Sunday

• Guests are welcome to check in on Sundays if reservations are made 24 hours in advance. Of course, guests can always stay over from Saturday night to Monday and beyond.

Check-Out

Monday - Saturday

• 11:00 am
• Late checkouts must be arranged with the owner in advance, but availability depends on scheduled hotel reservations.

Sunday Check-Out

• There isn’t a check out time on Sundays. Please feel free to sleep late or check out after fellowshipping at church on Sunday afternoon.

Payment

Additional Pricing Information

• No weekly or monthly rates are available. Long-term reservations aren’t accepted.
• Guests staying over 5 days to do business in the area or during hunting season may request a 10% discount.
• Engaged couples may reserve a block of rooms for their family and wedding party at a 10% discount.

Payment

• Cash, check, and credit cards accepted - Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express
• If you don’t have a credit card or email address, reservations can be booked by phone, and payment can be made during check-in.

Parking

• Free curbside and lot parking is available.
• A handicapped parking space is reserved in front of the garage, next to a short ramp to the rooms. The ADA-accessible room is at the top of the ramp - Room 1.
• Depending on how many guests are spending the night, limited trailer parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Miscellaneous

• Pets are not allowed.
• Children are always welcome.
• Room refreshing during your stay is only available upon request.
• Vape, cigarette, and cigar smoking are allowed outside on the patio away from the hotel rooms. Ashtrays are available upon request.
• No cannabis (of any kind) smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
